The village where the house was built, have about 1800 population. 8 km from the village is located the town of Preslav - the second Bulgarian capital existed in the 8-10 century. Currently refundable. There are many sights.
The land where the house was built is 2500 square meters in size. It has an area of 630 square meters and has three floors. The first floor is built facility (bar restaurant) with 100 -120 seats + reception room, the second and third floors are built 9 rooms and three on-suites all with private bathrooms.
The building was built in old style used wood, carvings were built and ornaments in the old style.
The house have designed pool area with 220 m2. The property is planted with 60 pieces trees - peaches, apricots, plums, apples, pears which are fruitful.
